(from WAFF TV) - A man was taken into police custody Tuesday night after a meth bust at an apartment complex on Mahogany Row.

The Madison-Morgan County STAC Team got an anonymous tip on their website.When they went to check it out, they found meth lab materials in a dumpster.

They then obtained a warrant to search the apartments and found 7 working meth labs.

The suspect crawled in the attic to escape to another apartment and eventually surrendered.

He is charged with manufacturing a controlled substance.

His bail is set at 1.5 million dollars.
