On January 7,2009, Agents from the Madison Morgan County STAC Team executed a search warrant at a southwest Huntsville apartment at 3185 Clopton St. The investigation centered on a Brian Torrance Fletcher a.k.a. "Dragon"(32). During the execution of the search warrant agents recovered approximately 1 pound of Marijuana, 35 firearms, and numerous miscellaneous items including cash, a bullet proof vest, police scanners, computers and other electronics.

Fletcher was booked into the Madison County Metro Jail charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Receiving Stolen Property.
