Drug Interdiction Agents with the Madison-Morgan STAC Team stopped a 2005 Chevrolet 1500 Pickup truck which was southbound on Highway 53 enroute to Huntsville. The drug detection K-9 alerted the Agent to the presence of drugs in the vehicle.
The Agents searched the vehicle and located more that a pound of hydroponic marijuana which is valued at approximately $8000.00 on the street. It was determined that the marijuana was being transported into Huntsville from Nashville, Tennessee.
The driver, Christopher Peyton Williams, 38, of Huntsville, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree.

On Thursday, January 28th the Madison-Morgan STAC Team executed several search warrants within both the City of Huntsville and Madison County. At approximately 9 p.m., search warrants were executed at 230 Smokey Hills Court and 293 Ravens Crest Drive in the New Market area of Madison County. Approximately one pound of marijuana and 50 ecstasy pills were seized along with 4 guns. These search warrants were the result of several months of surveillance and undercover purchases by drug agents.

(from WAFF TV) - A man was taken into police custody Tuesday night after a meth bust at an apartment complex on Mahogany Row.
The Madison-Morgan County STAC Team got an anonymous tip on their website.When they went to check it out, they found meth lab materials in a dumpster.

(WAFF)- A meth lab was found inside a car in the middle of the day at a valley shopping center.
One man is in custody after police moved in on him at the Hampton Cove Wal-Mart in Huntsville Thursday Afternoon.
Drug agents with the Madison-Morgan County STAC Team and New Hope police said this bust is related to a meth bust Wednesday on Poplar Ridge Road in New Hope.

(WAFF) - Investigators shut down two meth labs this afternoon. Both were found in one new hope home.
Police have one man in custody, 52-year-old Ray Allen Miller, Jr. He''s facing charges of manufacturing methamphetamine.
Only WAFF 48 News cameras were there as Miller was taken into police custody at his home on New Hope Cedar Point Road.
