3717 Williamsburg Lane Print E-mail

The Madison-Morgan STAC Team concluded an investigation with the execution of a search warrant at 3717 Williamsburg Lane on Thursday, February 25th at approximately 8 p.m.  The search warrant resulted in the seizure of approximately 20 pounds of marijuana, $5000.00, an SKS assault rifle, a handgun, and one vehicle. The following subjects were arrested and charged with Trafficking Marijuana:

Naeem Sands  B/M
33 years old

Ronald Smith  B/M
35 years old

Both offenders were booked into the Metro Jail.

 
Busy Night as STAC Team Serves Search Warrants Print E-mail

Madison County - New Market
On Thursday, January 28th the Madison-Morgan STAC Team executed several search warrants within both the City of Huntsville and Madison County.
At approximately 9 p.m., search warrants were executed at 230 Smokey Hills Court and 293 Ravens Crest Drive in the New Market area of Madison County.

Approximately one pound of marijuana and 50 ecstasy pills were seized along with 4 guns.

These search warrants were the result of several months of surveillance and undercover purchases by drug agents.

The following two subjects were also arrested:
Andre Levell Whitney
Age 25
Charged with Distribution of Cocaine, Distribution of Marijuana, and Distribution of a Controlled Substance
Anetral Lashone Buckles
Age 33
Charged with Possession of Marijuana 1st and Possession of a Controlled Substance


Huntsville - Glen Park Drive
At approximately 11 p.m., a search warrant was executed at 3418-A Glen Park Drive.
The investigation that led to this search warrant was based on complaints by citizens in the area.
This address has been a continuous problem in regard to street level crack cocaine sales andt he STAC Team has executed four search warrants in this area over the previous year.

This search warrant resulted in the seizure of approximately 15 grams of crack cocaine and approximately $700 in cash.

STAC Interdiction Team Seizes Marijuana Print E-mail

Drug Interdiction Agents with the Madison-Morgan STAC Team stopped a 2005 Chevrolet 1500 Pickup truck which was southbound on Highway 53 enroute to Huntsville.  The drug detection K-9 alerted the Agent to the presence of drugs in the vehicle. 



The Agents searched the vehicle and located more that a pound of hydroponic marijuana which is valued at approximately $8000.00 on the street.  It was determined that the marijuana was being transported into Huntsville from Nashville, Tennessee. 

The driver, Christopher Peyton Williams, 38, of Huntsville, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree.

STAC Team seizes 7 Labs Thanks to Anonymous Tips Print E-mail

(from WAFF TV) - A man was taken into police custody Tuesday night after a meth bust at an apartment complex on Mahogany Row.

The Madison-Morgan County STAC Team got an anonymous tip on their website.When they went to check it out, they found meth lab materials in a dumpster.

One man arrested after meth bust in store parking lot Print E-mail

(WAFF TV)- A man is taken to jail and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine after agents find drug components inside his vehicle.

It happened at the Wal-Mart parking lot in Hampton Cove.
